Our journey
Clara worked there. For eleven weeks Felix bought a bunch every Friday for an aunt who does not exist.
Four square metres of allotment, three dead tomato plants and a rose bush that is still standing.
Built ourselves, blown over twice, bolted down on the third attempt. It is still there.
The question was asked on one knee, but only because of the weeding. The answer came with soil on both hands.
What we have prepared for you
In the glasshouse. It smells like June.
Under the palms, right at the back.
By Clara's mother, all seven kinds.

Barefoot; the floor is brick.
And anyone who likes can walk into the park.
The gate closes, the flowers stay.
